For replacement or refund of Cricket helmets, Batting Pads, and kit bags, buyers need to send the product in its original condition to the KhelHUB.in warehouse. Please note that KhelHUB will not arrange reverse pickups for these items.

Question: I received a broken/damaged item. What should I do?
Answer:

KhelHUB utilizes high-tech secure packing techniques with double quality checks to minimize the chances of in-transit damage. However, if you notice any tampered packaging or damage upon receiving the box, please do not accept the shipment or note down the delivery remarks as "tampered box." Any damaged product received by the buyer should be reported to KhelHUB via email at care@KhelHUB.in within 12 hours of receiving the goods. The email should include pictures of the damaged products along with a detailed description of the issue.

Question: Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?
Answer:

If you received a damaged product, KhelHUB will bear the shipping charges for return goods. However, if goods are returned due to a change of mind or personal choice, the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. (If KhelHUB arranges the pickup of an item, they will deduct Rs 200 as pickup charges). For example, if you ordered a red color racket and upon receiving the goods, you decide you don't like the color, then you will need to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods.

Question: How will I get my money back if I return or cancel an order?
Answer:

In the case of a returned product, KhelHUB will suggest other options. If you are still not interested, the amount will be transferred to your account within 10-15 days. In the case of a canceled order, KhelHUB will transfer the amount immediately; however, it may take 4-7 days for the transaction to reflect.

Question: What is the Warranty or Guarantee of Cricket Bats?

  1. There will be no Warranty or Guarantee of Cricket bats broken from Edges and Toe.
  2. There will be no Warranty or Guarantee of Cricket bat Handle Damage.
  3. If a bat breaks from the middle within 1 month of the delivery date, KhelHUB will send the bat to the Original Bat Manufacturers. It is solely their decision to replace the bat or not. If the manufacturer agrees to replace the bat, the replacement will take place within 20 to 25 days after the damaged bat is submitted to the KhelHUB office in Kolkata. However, KhelHUB will endeavor to replace the bat as soon as possible.
